The black screen will disappear and the game will begin once the download finishes. You will be automatically connected to a multiplayer game.
To release your mouse cursor, press Escape
Press Alt-Enter to enter or exit full screen mode.
In the chat area, type /nick anewname and then press Enter to change your nickname.
