Advocare 24 Day Challenge Reviews - What Is It?
WARNING: DO NOT BUY Advocare 24 Day Challenge Until You Read This Review!
Is it a Scam? Does It Really Work? Check Ingredients, Side Effects and More!
Advocare 24 Day Challenge is a very mysterious product. When I tried to open its official website I failed immediately because it said that I didn't have permission to access it. So, I failed to read any information about the product, its manufacturer or even a place where it is made. As far as I understood, Advocare 24 Day Challenge is another guide how to lose weight. It is new and not popular at all. In fact, there is very few information about the product. However, I managed to find basic points of this program.
The program offers 24-day challenge for those who wish to get slimmer and fitter. The first 10 days presuppose a specific regimen of supplements and clean eating. This part of the program intends to clean out your liver and digestive track to prepare your body for better nutritional absorption for the next 14 days. During these 10 days you are expected to lose weight primarily due to the diet. We will discuss the main rules of this diet further. Then you are supposed to consume meal replacement shakes for days 11-24. These shakes contain dairy products, while you are prohibited to eat any dairy food during the first 10 days.
Before and After Results of Advocare 24 Day Challenge - Does It Really Work? Is It a Scam?
You will have to take four supplements during the first 10 days of the program. They include Fiber Drink (in the morning), Pro-biotic Restore (in the morning), Herbal Cleanse (before going to bed) and Fish Oil (before going to bed). In the morning you will have to drink your fiber beverage after mixing the offered powder with 8 ounces of water. Some users complain that if you don't drink it right away it will gel up very soon. You can imagine what you are going to have inside your stomach. Personally I hate fiber drinks because I have many side effects starting from bloating and finishing with diarrhea. They usually taste awfully, so it's better to add fruit to them.
In addition to the fiber drink you will also have to take two ProBiotics. These white pills should be drunk with 8 ounces of water. After 30 minutes you may have your breakfast if you have place inside your stomach, of course. Before going to bed you will have to take your herbal cleanse pills brown in color. You should also take four fish oil pills.
During the 24 Day Challenge 10 Day Cleanse program you will have to follow some rules. First of all, drink plenty of water (about 1 gallon of per day). It is needed to wash out toxins. You can add some lemon to your water. Don't forget to work out a lot - about 5 days week. Eat every 2-3 hours during the day to balance your blood sugar levels. Avoid consuming processed foods which contain many calories. Don't overeat!
The next thing you will have to do is to take your before and after photos and measurements. In this way, you will keep track of how much weight you have lost. You can find a few pictured of people who are claimed to use the 24 Day Challenge 10 Day Cleanse program. Unfortunately, I don't believe these photos completely because some people are too different on before and after photos.
Customer Reviews - Does It Have Any Side Effects?
The manufacturer hasn't mentioned any possible side effects of using the 24 Day Challenge 10 Day Cleanse program. However, it cannot be suitable to everyone. As a specialist I would not recommend in to people with any chronic diseases or serious health conditions including diabetes, heart disease, thyroid problems, etc. It is not suitable for pregnant and breast-feeding women as well. They are prohibited to sit on a strict diet. I cannot say much about the four supplements which are included into the program but I know for that fiber drinks usually cause such unpleasant side effects as bloating, stomach ache, diarrhea and constipation. To my mind, this program cannot be used by people who live a very active way of life or work too much because they have to spend much time on exercising. Besides, you will need to constantly limit yourself in food.
There is a strict list of foods you are allowed to eat during the 24 Day Challenge 10 Day Cleanse program. It includes: fresh fruits and vegetables, chicken, ground turkey, turkey breast, fish, healthy fats (avocado, raw nuts/seeds, olives/olive oil), almonds and almond butter lentils, beans, chicken or vegetable broths, spices, garlic, herbs, taco seasoning, fresh salsa, herbal teas, whole grain rice. At the same time, there is a long list of foods to avoid: fried food, alcohol, flour, sugar, dairy products, coffee, sodas, energy drinks starches, oils, honey, desserts, meat with skin, cheese, mushrooms, ground beef, dried fruit coated with sugar, canned fruit or vegetables, salad dressings, instant rice or oatmeal.
"I started to use advocare 24 day challenge and I am completely disappointed. I cannot concentrate or focus. It's waste of money!"
"Advocare 24 Day Challenge website is impossible to access. I spent so much time looking for ways how to get the product"
"Advocare 24day challenge is garbage! The shakes are nothing more than just drinks without any effect. I don't recommend it"
Where To Buy Advocare 24 Day Challenge?
The 24 Day Challenge 10 Day Cleanse program is only allowed to be sold on the official Advocare website but I failed to access it. The product isn't available on Walmart, Amazon or GNC. Most people complain to have trouble open that website. For this reason one website gives links which are supposed to help buying exactly what you need. But when I clicked on the pictures I was sent to the official product's website which contained the same message about the error.
My Final Summary
I don't think that the 24 Day Challenge 10 Day Cleanse program can take proper care of your health due to a number of disadvantages it has. First of all, it is impossible to access the official website and to order the product or at least to learn the important information about it. So, it can be quite difficult to find the product. Secondly, the program presupposes following a strict diet plan and regular exercising which is already supposed to help you lose weight. I have a question here? Do you really need to buy some expensive program if you can just stop eating and start exercising on your own?
You will need to constantly count how many calories you are eating each day and shop only the foods you are recommended which can be difficult for busy people. There are four supplements you will have to take during the program. Isn't it too much? I am getting confused already. So, I cannot recommend Advocare 24 Day Challenge to usage as there are many other products on the market today. You can benefit from them much more.
