The device has a shape and size of a human. It is made from steel arms and has padded targets on different parts of the body, better to say, places where these body parts would be if it was human. There pads are at chest level, face level, leg level, and on both sides of the body on the level of hands. Nexersys is adjustable and is suitable for users from 5'2" to 6'8" in size. Nexersys seems to be an interesting piece of equipment for fitness, especially taking into account the fact that exergaming is getting more and more popular in the modern life.
